Google Maps API key Configuration

The configuration contains 2 steps:

1.Getting the Google Maps API key from Google
2.Specifying of the API key in the Admin Panel

Getting the Google Maps API key from Google

•go to the http://code.google.com/apis/maps/signup.html page
•fill all fields
•press Generate API Key
•the following page is displayed:

         api_key

•copy the API key: ABQIAAAAvsWCRCX9alGN5fjO5dbkHhRNYsXMHpGRzoJ8JLov2XkMVlCwOxR4Ry2o0HYNkpKicY-E8Q2qV63LZA

Specifying the Google Maps API key in Admin Panel

•open the Admin Panel, the System Configuration / System Settings section
•paste the API key:

admin_api_key

•press Save

Check

•Make the Search on the site by Zip code
•Open any listing details page from search results
•The map is displayed on the listing details page:
