Users cannot see a new membership plan on the front-end

You have added this Membership plan after your users have been registered, and this Membership plan was of the "Subscription" type (please refer to Membership Plans)

Users are able to see a new Membership plan only when their current subscription is expired, in this case they will be asked to subscribe again, where they can see your last added Membership plan.
